Jefferson Nunn
Chief Technology Officer and a
director of Voice Vision Has been the Chief Technology Officer and a
director of Voice Vision since its inception in March 2007. Mr. Nunn
comes to Voice Vision with a great deal of experience with VoIP
technology since 1997. Mr. Nunn previously served as the Chief
Information Officer (CIO) of Ronco Corporation in Chatsworth,
California. Upon his arrival in March of 2003, he was given the
responsibility of implementing improvements to their technology
infrastructure while simultaneously reducing expenditure. In focusing on
the bottom-line rather than implementing technology for technology’s
sake, he was able to deploy a robust, scalable, revenue-generating
environment. The end result, according to an audit, was a reduction of
IT expenditure from $2M to $300K over one year, and the boosting of Web
site revenues from $5K to $500K per month. At Ronco, Mr. Nunn
implemented a VoIP system increasing the call routing capabilities while
decreasing the cost per call. By streamlining operations, customers
calling Ronco had a higher satisfaction rate and a higher conversion
rate. Prior to his tenure at Ronco, Mr. Nunn was the CIO of Internet
Solution Group, Inc. in Westlake Village, California. His primary
responsibility was to serve as principal architect in the development
and deployment across multiple sites of the company’s chief product
offering Commerce Advantage, an E-commerce system built using Microsoft
technologies. The system was highly successful and led to significant
revenue growth for all clients for which it was deployed. In addition,
Mr. Nunn also deployed several VoIP systems for companies, including
Paisano Publications and Grand Medicine. Each implementation
significantly reduced costs for the companies and improved customer
satisfaction.
